Sample Master 1000mm Standard Machine
Flexible Rapier loom with 1344 Bonas Phoenix Electronic Jacquard Equipped with 1344 design hooks and controller.
Main Frame:
Profile Cut and precision ground side plates with rigid cross members supporting the main working parts
Harness:
Included in standard machine 3 repeat ( final specification of harness to be advised by client). Harness tied over 1000mm in the reed using Trevira DC12 cord attached to 350mmx355R eye connected to 105gm strength springs. Springs anchored on metal bars 24 per bar over 110mm deep. Sectional comberboard in a metal frame.

Dracup TS Series Intelligent Inverter drive incorporating:
4Kw AC motor with Simplatroll brake
User friendly graphic display
Speed variation displayed in picks per minute
Crawl/set up speed function facility
Variable speed range from 10 ppm to 200ppm
Rapier and Sley motion:
Obtained via precision matched conjugal cams totally immersed in sealed oil baths.
Shedding Mechanism:
Via Bonas Phoenix Electronic Jacquard with 1344 usable hook capacity ( 8 hooks utilised for weft selection) with drive via toothed belt from the main loom drive shaft.
Jacquard Controller:
Series S600 included with facility for USB port data entry as standard for pattern loading.
Weft insertion:
Obtained through a single rapier drive entering from the right hand of the loom via an open shed,collecting the selected weft at the left hand side and returning to the right hand side position.
Weft Presenter:
In the standard format for 8 weft colour selection with positice cutter acting at point of weft pickup. Weft selection controlled via Jacquard hooks.
Selvedge System:
Leno type stitched cloth selvedges with dummy cut off waster selvedges at left and right hand side of cloth,independantely timed from Jacquard shedding device.
Warp Let Off:
Negative brake type.
Cloth Take Up:
Driven through variable speed unit permitting rapid and simple change of weft densities as required. ( No change wheels required)
Weft Stop Motion:
Eltex electronic stop motion
Pick Finding:
Pattern data to be reversed electronically via remote push button.
Warp Stop Motion:
6 row included with warp drop pins
Accessories Included in the basic supply are:
2 pairs of temples, 1 brass type and 1 rubber type
Lateral waste edge selvedge cutters
2 pair selvedge bobbins with yarn
8 colour weft creel with 8 weft accumulators
