600e Jacquard Systems



	The Dracup 600E is a high speed horizontally end mounted pattern maker. Designed for high speed operation in producing names, motifs, symbols etc. in all types of woven fabrics. Dracup 600E pattern makers are also designed to work in conjunction with the very latest generation of modern weaving machines. Electronic Selection The selection mechanism is totally electronic and controlled by means of electro magnets and selectors. The main drive in the pattern maker head is by robust con rod generating a linear lifting motion to the 'knife' mechanism. Independent Drive System The Dracup 600E may be driven from either, the host weaving machine via mechanical linkage, or through an electronic resolver controlling a servo motor within the pattern maker. The Dracup servo motor system eliminates complex linkages between the weaving machine and the pattern maker. Synchronization between the weaving machine and the 600E is maintained, with both forms of drive, in both forward and reverse modes by the Dracup loom controller. This automatically ensures that faulty startup errors are eliminated in the fabrics being woven.
